Faith Welcome, Not Required

You don’t have to walk through it alone

Still Here exists to walk with you through loss with faith, with community, and with steady, unhurried presence. Whether you’re just starting out or still carrying it years later, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Meet Ben

I know what it feels like to carry grief quietly. After losing my father, I learned firsthand how easy it is to put on a strong face while falling apart inside, especially for men.

That experience led me to become a certified grief mentor and life coach, and to spend years walking alongside others through their own loss. Still Here was born from that journey.

This isn’t clinical. It’s not formal. It’s honest conversation, real presence, and steady support,  the kind I wish I’d had.

Who is this for

Still Here is built for people carrying real loss and not finding real support. If any of these sound familiar, you’re in the right place.”

Lost a parent or child

Some losses don't come with a script. Whether it happened suddenly or after a long decline, you're left figuring out who you are now, without the people who shaped you, or the future you expected to have.

Lost a spouse or partner

The house is quieter. The routines are gone. People check in for a few weeks, then move on, while you're still learning how to be one person where there used to be two.

Carrying it quietly alone

You hold it together at work, with your kids, with everyone. Nobody's asked how you're really doing in months, partly because you stopped giving them the chance to.

Finished GriefShare, still struggling

You did the program. You showed up, you shared, you finished the workbook. And you're still stuck, because grief doesn't run on an 8-week schedule, and what you needed wasn't a curriculum. It was someone walking with you past the finish line.

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

A seat at the table.
Real men. Real conversations.

No therapy talk. No forced sharing circles. Just men sitting down with coffee, talking honestly about life, loss, and everything that comes with carrying it.

You don’t have to have the words figured out. You just have to show up.

Meets twice a month. No sign-up required to try it once.

Questions you might have

Is this only for Christians?

Still Here is faith-based, but you don’t need to have it all figured out. If you’re open to faith being part of the conversation, you’re welcome here.

Yes. There’s no timeline you’re supposed to be on. Start with a free call, no pressure to commit to anything beyond that conversation.

Therapy is clinical and diagnosis-driven. Mentoring is relational, it’s walking alongside you with honesty, faith, and lived experience, not a treatment plan. Still Here isn’t a replacement for licensed therapy, but for many people it’s exactly the kind of support traditional therapy doesn’t offer.

It depends on the path you choose. One-on-one mentoring runs eight sessions. The Table meets ongoing. You’re never locked into more than you’re ready for.

Pricing depends on the path that’s right for you. We’ll talk through it on your free call, no pressure, no surprises.

Let's talk, no pressure.

15 minutes. No agenda, no forms to fill out, just a conversation about where you’re at.

No commitment, just a conversation
